SIZE 

Our ovens come in a versatile range of sizes, starting from 2’ x 2’ x 2’ (610mm x 610mm x 610mm) and going up to 8’ x 6’ x 7’ (2438mm x 1829mm x 2134mm), measured in inside dimensions (L x W x H). Custom-sized ovens can be produced upon request to perfectly match your needs. 

TEMPERATURE CONTROL 

Each oven features two advanced temperature controllers, adjustable up to 200 (standard) Celsius. One controller is focused on maintaining your chosen drying temperature, while a secondary safeguard controller prevents the oven from overheating due to component malfunctions. 

CONSTRUCTION 

Built to last, the oven’s exterior is crafted from welded steel, featuring 4″ (102mm) of insulation on the top and 3″ on the walls. The inner walls and inner panel doors are made of premium stainless steel, ensuring both efficiency and long-term durability. 

AIR CIRCULATION 

Our ovens are equipped with a roof fan, specially engineered to deliver uniform ventilation throughout the oven chamber. An adjustable vent for moisture exhaustion is also included. 

HEATING ELEMENTS 

Our rod-type heating elements are proven for their long-lasting performance and are included as standard fixtures in all ovens. 

ACCESSORIES

 Customize your oven with options like drivein carts or removable shelves. Specify your preferences at the time of ordering to get an oven that truly fits your needs. 

POWER OPTIONS 

Standard ovens come with 3 Phase/60 cycle air ventilation motors. Options for 1 Phase and/or 50 cycle motors are also available upon request.
