Jaws
CHOOSING THE RIGHT JAWS FOR YOUR NEEDS
Smooth Jaws: Optimal for diverse rock types, from hard to soft, delivering a slightly finer grind than their serrated counterparts.
Serrated Jaws: Designed primarily for hard rocks, these provide an unmatched grip and ensure no residues in the serrations. Soft materials might experience minor groove retention.
If you are a first-time user of our machines, we recommend starting with both types to discover which suits your needs best.
When it comes to Wear Resistance:
Alloy-1: This chrome/molybdenum steel variant includes 1.2-1.7% molybdenum.
Alloy-2: Chrome steel, distinguished by its lack of molybdenum.
Manganese Steel: A durable option.
